Description
The Above Pendant from Louis Poulsen was designed by Mads Odgard as a function-first decorative piece. Its spun-aluminum cone casts a soft, funneled downlight, while the matte white interior spreads the light evenly and without glare. An arched opening at the top lets a little light escape upward, highlighting the bridge-like arch and keeping the fixture's full silhouette visible whether it is on or off. This extra-large version in white with a black cord is scaled for high ceilings, long dining tables, lobbies and other generous spaces.
