How to Order Cosentino Outlet Products

Discounted Dekton, Silestone, Sensa, and Scalea stone slabs — available for local pick-up or delivery from Cosentino warehouses across the US.

The Program

Cosentino has partnered with Unbuilt to make select outlet stock available to DIY and professional builders at a discount. These are premium surface slabs — typically from discontinued lines or small batches — that are no longer being actively promoted through Cosentino's primary sales channels.

By purchasing outlet slabs, you're getting high-quality materials at reduced prices while helping prevent unnecessary waste. A single stone slab weighing 1,000 lbs may offset up to 3,000 lbs of carbon emissions involved in manufacturing and distributing a new one.

Inventory is updated monthly from Cosentino's distribution centers across the country. Centers have the ability to opt in or out of the program.

1. Find Your Slab

Browse the Cosentino collection to find slabs available in your area. Each listing shows a specific material at a specific warehouse location.

Use the location filter to narrow results to warehouses near you. Slabs can't be shipped nationally, but in some cases they can be moved between warehouses in the same region.

Tip

If you know the material you want (e.g. Dekton Zenith), search by name. The same material is often available at multiple warehouses in different thicknesses, finishes, and sizes.

2. Get Help

Slabs are very heavy and require professional handling. You'll need a local fabricator or contractor with the proper equipment to receive your material. Before ordering, you should have:

  • A fabricator or professional who can receive the slab
  • A rough timeline for when they can pick up or accept delivery

If you need help finding a fabricator in your area, contact us and we'll do our best to connect you with one.

For Professionals

If you're a fabricator, contractor, or designer ordering directly, just select "I am a professional" when placing your order.

3. Place Your Order

Click Place Order on any slab listing to submit an order inquiry. We'll check with the Cosentino warehouse to confirm pricing and availability — typically within 24 hours.

Once confirmed, we'll send you an invoice. Complete your purchase to ensure the materials are held for you.

Important

Have your fabricator ready before completing purchase. Slabs must be moved to a staging area and can only be held for a few days after the order is confirmed.

4. Pick-up & Delivery

After your order is confirmed, arrange with the local Cosentino warehouse for your fabricator to pick up or receive delivery:

  • Pick-up: Free. Schedule a time with the warehouse.
  • Delivery: $100. Cosentino delivers to your fabricator.

Inspection

You may visit the warehouse to inspect your slab up to 48 hours before pick-up or delivery. We strongly recommend this — especially for slabs with noted imperfections. If you decide not to proceed after inspection, you'll receive a full refund.

Returns

If you wish to cancel after pick-up or delivery:

  • 0–30 days: 10% restocking fee
  • 31–90 days: 12% restocking fee
  • Over 90 days: no returns accepted

FAQs

Why are these discounted?

These items typically come from discontinued lines or small batches that are not currently being sold or promoted through Cosentino's primary sales channels. Some slabs may also have minor damaged areas.

What condition are the slabs in?

Outlet slabs range from "same as new" (e.g. discontinued products) to having minor imperfections (e.g. chipped edges or slight warping). Any areas of significant damage are deducted from the listed price. We recommend checking with the warehouse and inspecting before purchase.

Can slabs be shipped nationally?

No. Slabs are available for local pick-up or delivery only from the Cosentino warehouse listed on each product. In some cases, slabs can be transferred between warehouses in the same region — contact us to ask.

Does my purchase help the environment?

Yes. Despite Cosentino's deep commitment to sustainability, like all producers, not every piece of material that comes to market gets sold. Your purchase of a single stone slab weighing 1,000 lbs may offset up to 3,000 lbs of carbon emissions involved in manufacturing and distributing a new one.

What brands are included?

The program currently includes four Cosentino brands: Dekton (ultracompact surfaces), Silestone (quartz hybrid surfaces), Sensa (natural granite with stain protection), and Scalea (premium natural stone).
