How to Order Ann Sacks Tile

The Partnership

Unbuilt has partnered with Ann Sacks to offer exclusive access to their high-quality partnership and overstock tile inventory. Our collaboration provides you with premium tile and stone products while ensuring a clear and efficient ordering and delivery experience.

All Ann Sacks partnership tile listed on our site is fulfilled directly by Ann Sacks from their warehouses. Unbuilt manages the sale, communication, invoicing, and order tracking.

1. Browse Available Tile

Browse Ann Sacks tile on Unbuilt to find available products. Each listing shows the material, dimensions, available quantity, and pricing. Use the built-in tile calculator to determine how much you need for your project.

Important: Orders by the Box

Tile orders are processed by the box — Ann Sacks will only ship full boxes, even if pricing is calculated by the square foot. The calculator will round up to the nearest full box for you.

2. Place Your Order

Use the tile calculator on the product page to determine coverage, then add to cart and check out. Unbuilt will email you an invoice for the tile and shipping, which you can pay directly on our platform.

Delivery Contact Required

Ann Sacks requires a delivery contact phone number to process your order. Please ensure your contact information is complete at checkout.

3. Shipping & Lead Time

All orders ship directly from Ann Sacks warehouses. Here's what to expect:

  • Shipping fees: Vary by order size and destination. Shipping cost will be included in your invoice.
  • Lead time: Ann Sacks typically runs a two-week lead time, but shipments are often faster.
  • Delivery notification: You will be notified when your shipment has been delivered.

4. After Delivery

Inspection Upon Arrival

You must inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival for any visible signs of damage, and confirm all material quantities, quality, and color.

Handling Issues

If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact Unbuilt and/or Ann Sacks Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery.

Order Errors

If incorrect tile is sent, a full replacement order will be placed. You may be told to discard or donate the incorrect tile — a return will not be required. Ann Sacks may also issue a partial refund to help offset any labor costs due to delays, which we will pass along to you.

Returns

Returns are only accepted on stock inventory orders under the following terms:

  • 25% restocking fee plus the cost of freight to and from the shipping location
  • Returns are not accepted after 30 days from delivery

Why can I only order full boxes?

Ann Sacks ships tile by the box to ensure materials arrive safely and in consistent quantities. The tile calculator on each product page will automatically round up to the nearest full box based on your coverage needs.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary by order size and delivery location. As a reference, typical shipping quotes range around $300, but your exact cost will be included in the invoice we send you.

What if my tile arrives damaged?

Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If you find damage or discrepancies, contact Unbuilt within 24 hours. We'll work with Ann Sacks to resolve the issue — whether that's a replacement order or a refund.

How long does shipping take?
