The Partnership
Unbuilt has partnered with Concrete Collaborative to bring you access to their high-quality overstock materials at special pricing. Our collaboration focuses on surplus tile and terrazzo that's ready to ship from their warehouses.
Unbuilt manages the sale, communication, and invoicing process. Concrete Collaborative handles fulfillment and freight directly from their warehouses in Georgia and Oceanside, California.
1. Browse Available Materials
Browse Concrete Collaborative products on Unbuilt to find available tile and terrazzo. Each listing shows the material, dimensions, available quantity, and price per square foot.
Tip
If you're near the Oceanside, CA warehouse, direct pickup may be an option — which can waive the crating fee.
2. Place Your Order
Click Place Order on any listing to submit an order inquiry with the quantity you need. We'll work with Concrete Collaborative to get you an accurate quote including shipping costs.
Once you receive your quote, review the total (including any applicable fees) and confirm to proceed. We'll send you an invoice to complete the purchase.
Not a Final Purchase
Submitting an order inquiry is not a commitment to buy. You'll have the opportunity to review the full quote before completing your purchase.
3. Shipping & Lead Time
Concrete Collaborative fulfills orders and arranges freight directly from their warehouses. Here's what to expect:
- Shipping locations: Orders ship from Georgia or Oceanside, CA depending on inventory
- Lead time: Approximately 2 weeks. The 2-3 week timeframe is considered "rush" in their terms and depends on current order volume
- Local pickup: If you're near the Oceanside, CA warehouse, direct pickup may be available and can waive the crating fee

Shipping
Shipping costs vary by location and order size. We'll include the exact shipping cost in your quote.
